CrossFit® Ellipsis is a private family CrossFit® Affiliate nestled into the eastern Cairngorms in the Scottish Highlands.

We are taking a break from running commercial CrossFit® gyms having spent the last 16 years building and growing affiliates in the Manchester area.

Over the last decade or so, we have gained a wealth of knowledge in many areas of running a CrossFit® affiliate, which we have put together in a management package to hopefully help other CrossFit® affiliates.

For now we are concentrating on creating more of this content, both to help other affiliates and inspire others with their training.
