The latest addition to our services is the Trainer Development and Mentoring Scheme, led by CF-L4 Certified CrossFit® Coach, and CrossFit® Seminar Staff Flowmaster Karl Steadman.  

This service is a bespoke development and mentorship process for individual affiliate coaching teams, aimed at improving skills and providing tangible and actionable advice and support. Services range from one-off coaching team Zoom webinars, remote assessment and feedback on classes, (both recorded and live), right up to in-person mentoring and assessment days/weekends at your affiliate.

Our most popular offering is a remote assessment of a bi-monthly 10-minute class segment, with an hour per month (or 2x30 minute) monthly 1-2-1 zoom review of all videos with goal setting for the following month. Prices start at £150&VAT per month.

Services and offerings for multiple trainers can be tailored to suit budget.

On-site trainer development days start from £600&VAT* per day (*additional travel costs dependent on location). As part of this service you will also have an option to access to the Staff and Trainer Development document template section of our Affiliate System.
